House rules
Safety first! Kids, wear life jackets by the pool. No glass, drugs, fireworks, loudspeakers, guest grilles or cookware. Hookah's cool on the wood deck, no glass by the pool. Stay on our property, please. Clean up before leaving, trash goes in the bins and wet towels in the hamper. Thanks for booking Serenity Springs! Enjoy your stay!
Safety & Security
Security camera/recording device in sight of the pool. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY! All children must wear lifejackets.
Backyard Privacy
I have fences and/or shrubbery that makes it hard for neighbors to peer. We also have window blinds covering all window and doors in the rear of the house so you can relax and enjoy your private party.
